Reports are submitted every month, no later than the 30th. The report contains the following information:

• the total number of foreign specialists working at the end of the reporting month;
• number of Kazakhstanis retrained;
• number of Kazakhstani citizens who replaced foreign employees;
• number of working Kazakhstani citizens;
• the number of jobs created for Kazakhstanis.

According to paragraph 78 of the Rules and Conditions for Issuing and Renewing Permits for the Recruitment of foreign labor, employers who have received such a permit are required to provide information on the recruitment of foreign specialists and compliance with special conditions to local executive authorities. The report is provided in the form approved by Appendix 11 to these Rules.

According to paragraph 5 of article 98 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, failure to provide information by employers who attract foreign labor is qualified as an administrative offense.
